1. Who We Are

YUKTAAI is an Agentic AI Conversion Intelligence Platform developed and operated by RockPaper Runway. We build agentic AI systems that help businesses understand visitor behaviour and adapt digital experiences to drive meaningful outcomes.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of YUKTAAI's platform, products, and services, including YUKTAAI Real Estate, YUKTAAI Ecommerce, and YUKTAAI EDU.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any YUKTAAI product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you are using YUKTAAI on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

3. Description of Services

YUKTAAI provides businesses with an agentic AI platform that observes visitor behaviour, interprets intent signals, and adapts digital experiences in real time to guide users toward conversion outcomes.

• Custom AI deployment for real estate, ecommerce, and education businesses
• Behavioural intelligence and personalisation systems
• Conversational AI interfaces deployed across web, WhatsApp, and other digital touchpoints
• Analytics and reporting on visitor engagement and conversion performance
• Pilot programmes for institutions and enterprise clients

The specific features and functionality available to you depend on the service plan or agreement in place between you and RockPaper Runway.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using YUKTAAI you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individual consumers for personal, household, or family purposes.

5. Account Responsibilities

Where account access is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share access with unauthorised parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@rockpaperrunway.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where these responsibilities are not upheld.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use YUKTAAI's services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not use our platform to:

• Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the YUKTAAI platform or its underlying technology
• Use the platform in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its performance or availability

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user or organisation that violates these conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, code, design, content, and systems within the YUKTAAI platform are the intellectual property of RockPaper Runway. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use YUKTAAI's services solely for the purposes outlined in your service agreement or pilot arrangement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from RockPaper Runway.

8. Client Content and Data

Where you provide content, data, or materials to YUKTAAI for the purpose of deploying our services — including course content, property listings, product catalogues, or business information — you retain ownership of that content.

By providing this content you grant RockPaper Runway a limited licence to use, process, and deploy it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe third party rights and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of YUKTAAI's platform involves the collection and processing of data including visitor behaviour signals, interaction data, and business analytics. How we collect, use, and protect this data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

10. Pilot Programmes

Where access is provided under a pilot or trial arrangement, the following conditions apply:

• Pilot access is provided free of charge for the agreed duration and scope
• Pilot access does not constitute a commitment to continued service
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate pilot access at any time with reasonable notice
• Feedback provided during a pilot may be used by RockPaper Runway to improve the platform
• Pilot participants may be referenced as pilot partners with their prior consent

11. Payment and Subscription

Where YUKTAAI is accessed under a paid subscription or custom deployment agreement, payment terms are as outlined in the separate service agreement or invoice provided by RockPaper Runway.

All fees are due as specified in your agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of access. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as expressly agreed in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RockPaper Runway and YUKTAAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RockPaper Runway in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and address issues promptly.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RockPaper Runway, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party rights.

14. Modifications to the Platform

RockPaper Runway reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the YUKTAAI platform at any time. Where changes materially affect your use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients directly. Your continued use of YUKTAAI following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

17. Termination

Either party may terminate the service arrangement with written notice as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses — shall continue to apply.
